Our Story at Txori

Txori embodies the essence of Spanish and Basque-style dining. At Txori we celebrate the camaraderie that comes from sharing meals together and enjoying good company over a glass of wine. We were inspired by the pintxo bars of San Sebastián to create an environment of casual elegance. In this way, Txori has combined traditional Spanish cuisine with the laid-back ambiance of Seattle.

With everything from house-made cocktails to imported products and expertly-prepared small plates, Txori offers a warm, flavorful and hospitable dining experience.
